Below is the return policy instructions for all 5-0boardshop.com products. To
return a product, please:
- Send us an email at sales@5-0boardshop.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
- A customer service representative will send you further instruction as well as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to submit with the returned item(s).
- You will then be able to send back the goods, at your own expense, in brand new condition.
- Once the product(s) is received in our warehouse, a credit request will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- This credit information will be transferred to your credit card's financial institution, which then has up to 30 days to apply this credit to your account.
